· TARPON SPRINGS, Fla. -- A 14-foot python bit its handler and tried to drag her into its cage during a show at the Tarpon Springs Aquarium. The animal would not release the 18-year-old until a police officer zapped the nonvenomous snake with a stun gun. The handler suffered puncture wounds on her wrist, and the snake was not seriously hurt. The show will be canceled indefinitely.
